Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital files, all sales of digital items are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations on digital downloads. Please ensure you review the product details before completing your purchase.
Physical Products
We do not offer refunds if you change your mind or make the wrong decision, so please choose carefully before placing your order.
If your item arrives damaged or does not meet the specified requirements, you must inspect the products immediately upon arrival and notify us at sweetlysealedstudios@gmail.com within 2 days of receipt. Your email must include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
If we do not receive notice within this timeframe, we will consider the order to have been accepted as received.
Returns & Replacements
If your claim is approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion. We may require the item to be returned before processing a replacement. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is deemed faulty or incorrect.
