Order Processing & Shipping Times
- Orders are processed and packed within 2-5 business days after payment is received. During sale periods or times of high sales volume, this timeframe may be longer.
- We kindly ask that you wait at least 5 business days before contacting us about your order status.
Shipping Methods
- All standard orders within Australia are sent via regular post.
- Standard shipping does not include insurance. If you require insurance, please contact us before placing your order.
Delivery Delays & Liability
- While we do everything possible to ensure timely delivery, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by our shipping carrier or events outside our reasonable control, such as incorrect delivery addresses, natural disasters, or postal disruptions.
- If your order has not arrived within the expected Australia Post timeframe, please check the tracking details before reaching out.
Order Accuracy & Non-Delivery
- All orders are carefully checked before dispatch to ensure accuracy and quality.
- If your order does not arrive, please notify us as soon as possible at hello@sweetlysealedstudios.com.au, and we will assist you in locating your package.
